Ark: Survival Evolved

Update 258 for ARK: Survival Evolved not only brings tons of new creatures, a harpoon weapon, and a new form of travel, but much more important: a toilet!

Ark: Survival Evolved

Ark: Survival Evolved - cheers for the plumbers

If you don't know ARK: Survival Evolved yet, the characters have to relieve themselves there regularly. So far everything has ended up on the meadow as fertilizer, but that's over now. While you were fighting dinosaurs for your life, a visionary took on this problem. From now on you can install a chic toilet including drainage pipes for your domicile. Their use not only makes it easier for you, but also gives you the "refreshing" buff that gives you an experience boost.

In the course of technical developments and the new dangers that threaten you underwater, there is also an underwater harpoon with the patch. This can be made and gives you the protection you need. If, on the other hand, you prefer to avoid the dangers, your raw materials may be better placed in the new gas-powered motorboat.

Over 100 new species in Ark

A milestone of a different kind was reached with the newly added animals. This added a total of 100 new creatures to the base game, not counting bosses and events.

Ark: Survival Evolved

Hyaenodon dirus - A carnivore that can be found in packs of 3-6 in the mountains or on the tundra. One of the smarter predators, the hyaenodon will consider the risk of injury before attacking. Because of this, they often avoid combat unless the enemy is already wounded. This intelligence makes them popular pets that are useful in hunting. In special saddle bags they serve as pack animals for meat, unfortunately they are too small to ride.

Ark: Survival Evolved

Megatherium formipavor - One of the larger mammals on the island. Although they are generally herbivores, they pounce on insects. If their hunting instinct is awakened by their proximity, they move surprisingly quickly and aggressively.

Ark: Survival Evolved

Megalania muruspede lives in the cave systems under the island. They can still climb up walls up to 3 meters long. Equipped with a slow-acting poison, they deprive their victim of the forces until death. The ability to overcome almost any obstacle makes them desirable mounts.

Hesperornis avenatantes - carnivorous birds, medium size. The Hesperornis is mainly bred for its eggs. Occasionally, it lays a golden egg, which is desired by the tribes because it makes it easier to tame creatures.

Yutyrannus saevus

Ark: Survival Evolved

A suspected relative of the Tyrannosaurus rex. Although feathered creatures are often considered less dangerous, its roar triggers the flight instinct in almost every enemy. Tamed on both the offensive and the defensive, it is an immense reinforcement for any army.

ARK: Survival Evolved is still reduced in price by 68% until June 5th.
