Anyone who besides fighting and sneaking in Assassin's Creed: Origins If you take some time to breathe, you will hardly have missed the beautiful graphics and the wealth of details of the architecture. No wonder that the makers are now releasing the offshoot The Discovery Tour. This is sightseeing in ancient Egypt and thanks to the possibilities of the Assassin's Creed Origins Engine, you are up close.
Assassin's Creed: Origins - The ancient world in high resolution graphics
The origin of the idea came to the developers when professors and teachers asked if there was a mod without fights and opponents to explore the world. This should better convey the sometimes dry material. Who would not have wanted to get to know antiquity in such a graphic when they were at school instead of just learning the dates by heart.
This resulted in the Discovery Tour, on which 75 individual tours can be experienced. The topics range from daily life to the pyramids. The Romans and the legendary city of Alexandria are also included. Alexandria and the large library, as well as the lighthouse, which went down in history as one of the 7 wonders of the world, are a fascinating excursion destination.
Assassin's Creed: Origins - The Discovery Tour will be released on February 19th and will be available as a free download to all main game owners. The expansion will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. There is also one for PC owners Standalone Version that can be purchased via Uplay or Steam. So if you are only interested in history, you are not forced to buy the full price game just to purchase the Discovery Tour.
