Get Far Cry 3 and go to the island

Until September 11, 2021 at 08:30h, Ubisoft is again giving away tickets for a trip to Rook Island.
If you haven't made it to the island of Far Cry 3 yet, you now have the opportunity to do so for free. In this promotion, the most popular part of the series serves as a small appetizer for Far Cry 6, which is scheduled for release on October 7.

The charismatic psychopath Vaas Montenegro and his clan have taken over the entire Pacific island Rook Island. Human trafficking, drugs and extortion are the order of the day.
However, the calculation is made without the young protagonist Jason Brody, whose role the player takes over.
Jason and his friends just want to chill on the dream island, but fall into the clutches of the villains and are kidnapped. Jason's brother is killed by Vaas. Jason is able to free himself and sets out on a quest for revenge to hunt down Vaas and thus put an end to the turmoil on the island.
Of course, Jason has countless weapons at his disposal on his mission. From bows to flamethrowers, everything is in the bag. Not from the beginning, of course. Jason has to earn the nice helpers. The more experience he gains on his fight against evil, the more generous the rewards.
Once Jason is in over his head, allied resistance fighters are happy to come to the rescue.
Likewise, the young American can make use of wild animals, which he sics on the crooks and which then usually don't leave much of them.
Playing cards not only allows Jason to recover from the day's exertions, - he can also earn a few extra dollars.
The player is spoiled with a gorgeous location and fascinating as well as believable characters.
This adventure is a real treat.
What do you need for the trip?
To get the PC version of the impressive shooter, you need an account at Ubisoft Connect and a PC.
Far Cry 3 opened the gates to its open-world action back in 2012, so it's getting a bit long in the tooth, but that doesn't diminish the fun of the game.
The system requirements for the game should therefore be quite easy to fulfill.
