The roller coaster of emotions for western fans continues on the third day of the main round of the League of Legends tournament MSI.
Right in the first game of the day between G2 esports and Team SoloMid the fans expected a real blast. In a 50-minute, hard-fought match, Team SoloMid was in front all the time, sometimes with a gold advantage of up to 11,000 gold. Nevertheless, the European G2 team managed to hold back. In the end, a single blow really decided between victory and defeat.
While both teams besieged each other at the Elder Dragon and Team SoloMid started the fight, the Midlaner and ADC of G2 pushed the Midlane and although Team SoloMid managed to get the Elder Dragon and the Buff, they lost their Inhibitor and both Nexus Towers. The Nexus also appeared to be falling and was at> 20%.
TSM was able to prevent the opponents from landing the last blow in the very last second and in return destroy the opposing nexus.

Unfortunately TSM could not carry on the momentum of this victory and lost in their 2nd match against Team WE.
Team G2 Esports, on the other hand, won a victory against the Flash Wolves and the two western teams ended day 1: 1.
Not much happened at the top of the table, however. The unbeaten team SKT T1 was not impressed by either Team WE or the Gigabyte Marines and is now unchallenged at the top of the table with 6-0.
Due to the win-defeat ratio, G2 and WE share 2nd place while the remaining 3 teams share 4th place.
