The new League of Legends Patch 7.14 doesn't just bring that new champion Kayn, but also changes for older champions like Singed, Diana or Garen.

Caitlyn - Basic values ATTACK SPEED INCREASE 4 % ⇒ 2 %
Cho'gath - His e-thorn death gets a larger time window as well as:

- THORN EXTENSION Now grants 50 additional attack range.
- SPEED THORNS now resets Cho'Gath's normal attack.
Dianas Passive now grants scaling attack speed and also returns mana
Garens W- Now grants 60 % damage reduction and toughness for the first 0.75 seconds. This value is reduced again to the original value of 30 % during the remaining duration.
Singed - Q less base damage for better scaling with ability power, passive grants movement speed
