"The b stands for balance!" With this, League of Legends developer Riot heralds the patch notes for the latest update. Patch 7.24b deals primarily with the top planners and also with some overly strong outliers such as Corki.

League of Legends - Patch 7.24b

Most of the changes are just adjustments to values, not skill revisions.

For example:

Aatrox :

Base attack damage of 68 ⇒ 70

Q - Dark Flight - base damage of 10/35/60/95/120 ⇒ 20/50/80/110/140

E - Blades of Torment - base damage of 75/115/155/195/235 ⇒ 80/120/160/200/240

Got it Kayne, Kled, Renekton and Yasuo small buffs / improvements.

And the following champions tend to be adjusted downwards, i.e. nerfed: Jayce, Teemo.

What kind of world do we live in where Teemo is nerfed and Yasuo is buffed? Well, this is the preseason when everything is thrown upside down.

With the objects Tiamat and those based on it Titanic hydra increased on attack damage. In contrast, the objects with Lethality factor somewhat weakened, as they were clearly too strong in the preseason with the new runes.

Serrated Long Dagger, Dawnblade of Draktharr, Edge of Night, Youmu's Ghostblade get the lethality factor reduced from 20 to 18.

In middle lane, the W damage from Azir is slightly reduced from level 7 upwards.

In the case of the aforementioned Corki, the Q phosphorus bomb is weakened. In the case of champions of the lower lane, it hits Ezreal, whose base value for attack speed increase is reduced from 2.8 % to 1.5% and Leona's Q does less damage.

The detailed pathnotes with all the exact numbers can be found on Riots League of Legends homepage. We wish you a lot of fun in the preseason!
