Despite or maybe because of the extraordinary graphics Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom very successful in the west, now there is the first DLC.

The Adventure Package is the first of three planned expansions for the role-playing game, about the young King Evan who wants to conquer his new kingdom.

Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom - Free Adventure Package

The official Steam description is a bit short:

“Download the free DLC package“ Adventure Pack ”and expand the random dungeon“ Fernwehraum ”! Evan takes up arms again to save the kingdom from "Terresia" and "Disdeos".
Contains new outfits and items! "

The DLC expands the Faraway Forest Dungeon and brings a brand new story. In this Evan must defeat the Demon of Anguish. This new quest line brings 2 new bosses, Blackheart and Zeta and takes you all over the world map.

As an additional reward for conquering the expanded dungeon, there are new items and outfits for Evan.

With the planned second expansion, a puzzle dungeon comes in winter. The third DLC should then be significantly larger and expand and further expand the main story of the game. The planned publication date for this is spring 2019.

The Adventure Package is free, introducing the Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom Season Pass but for 19.99 € indicates that the other DLCs will no longer be free.
