One of the insider tips this year is the bloodsucker game "Vampire". Set at the beginning of the 20th century, Vampyr is about life and death, morals and bloodsucking, and the decisions players make. All the information so far gives fans hopes for a really good game.

Given the scope of the project and the demands of the developers, it is therefore not surprising that there are delays.
Today the developers from the studio Dontnod announced that the release date for Vampyr will be postponed to 2018, likely in the spring.
Here is the statement from the Dontnod CEO Oskar Guildbert:
“Publishing a project that is so close to your heart is always a tough decision. However, we believe that keeping a deadline must not be at the expense of quality. A few weeks ago we were sure that we could keep the release date for Vampyr this year. Unfortunately, a technical problem that has since been resolved threw our team back on schedule.
The postponement gives us enough time for the necessary balancing and testing phase that a project the size of Vampyr's simply needs. The ambitious half-open world with the complex stories and RPG mechanics, in which the decisions of the games have real influence, is an extremely complex structure. "
The vampire role-playing game takes place shortly after the First World War and does not necessarily correspond to what players would have expected from Dontnod. Dontnod became known for their hit game "Life is strange“, For which a prequel was published recently.
The first trailer and a gameplay video from this year's E3 fair already made for very high expectations of Vampyr. You can find the E3 trailer at the beginning of the article, the almost 15 minute gameplay video here afterwards:
