World of Warcraft - Hotfix on September 10th

With today's World of Warcraft Server maintenance, there was a new hotfix, in this update various class changes were applied.

A whole range of classes and specs received small damage increases such as animal mastery Hunter, whose all damage was increased by 5 % or fire mages with + 6% damage.

In PvP there were also changes here, mostly downwards, mainly for hunters and warriors.

Classes

  • Druid
    • Savagery
      • All damage dealt increased by 5 %.
    • Restoration
      • All healing done by spells has been increased by 3 %.
      • Rejuvenation mana cost reduced to 10.5 % (was 11 %).
  • Hunter
    • Animal domination
      • All damage done has been reduced by 5 %.
  • magician
    • Fire
      • All damage dealt increased by 6 %.
      • Flamestrike damage increased by 15 %.
  • paladin
    • Holy
      • Holy Light and Flash of Light healing increased by 7 %.
  • priest
    • discipline
      • Sacred Agony damage reduced by 9 %.
    • Holy
      • All healing decreased by 3 %.
    • shadow
      • Shadow Word: Pain and Vampiric Touch damage increased by 20 %.
  • Villain

      • All damage done has been reduced by 5 %.
      • Direct Strike (Azerite Bonus) bonus damage reduced by 20 %.
    • illusion
      • All damage done has been reduced by 5 %.
  • shaman

      • Healing Rain healing increased by 12 %.
      • Riptide healing increased by 6 %.
  • Sorcerer

      • Summon Dark Eye damage reduced by 20 %.

Dungeons & Raids

  • Uldir
    • Vectis
      • Omegavector will now persist longer on smaller raids, reducing the number of Persistent Infection stacks being forced per player.

Objects

  • Fixed a bug that allowed some shields and off-hand items to be titanium forged. Looted items will not be changed, but newly looted versions of these items can no longer be titanium-forged.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the rotten voodoo doll from scaling with tempo as intended.
  • The Darkmoon Card Set: Blockages will now be reshuffled more frequently based on the speed value.
  • Heart of Azeroth
    • Fixed a bug that caused Inevitable Demise to grant more bonus healing than intended.
    • Inevitable Demise bonus has been increased by 33 %, and the benefit granted by multiple active copies of this bonus has been decreased.

PvP

  • Level 120 water purchased from vendors can now be used on Ranked Battlegrounds.
  • Unrated PvP rewards now have at least an item level of 300 at player level 120 and improve with the player's item level, up to an item level of 325.
  • Druid
    • Savagery
      • Talon Slash now deals 60 % more damage in PvP when used while stealthy (was 100 %).
      • Shred now deals 35 % more damage in PvP when used from stealth (was 50 %).
  • Hunter
    • Animal domination
      • Alpha Animal: Basilisk now costs 60 Focus.
      • Alpha Animal: Basilisk damage reduced by 30 %.
      • Hunter companion basic attacks ('Poke', 'Bite' and 'Claw') have had their damage reduced by 30 %.
      • Aspect of the Beast increases pet damage by 20 % (was 30 %).
      • Beast's Wrath increases pet damage by 20 % (was 25 %).
  • Villain
    • lawlessness
      • Direct Hit now deals 30 % less damage in PvP (was 45 %).
  • shaman
    • Riptide healing reduced by 6 % in PvP.
  • warrior

      • Deep Wounds now deals 25 % less damage to enemy players.
      • Sharpen Blade now increases Mortal Strike damage by 15 % (was 30 %).
      • The effectiveness of the Azerite bonus 'Lord of War' has been reduced by 40 % in PvP.
      • The effectiveness of the Azerite trait 'Executioner's Precision' has been reduced by 35 % in PvP.
      • The effectiveness of the Azerite trait "Trial of Power" has been reduced by 30 % in PvP.

World quests

  • Fixed a bug that caused two groups of enemies to appear instead of one during Out of the Shadows on the way to Priestess Alun'za.
