Since Wednesday the World of Warcraft Expansion Battle for Azeroth can be purchased in advance, so that 4 of the new races were unlocked for buyers. There were some minor problems that have now been fixed with today's hotfix. For example, some players were unable to complete the Nightborne initial quests. All accounts now have 16 character slots per server, as opposed to 12 before.

World of Warcraft - Hotfixes January 31, 2018

Characters

• 16 character slots are now available to all accounts per realm (previously 12).
• The Mountaineer racial ability now properly grants High Mountain Tauren 1 % Versatility.
• Fixed a bug that prevented a few players from completing the Nightborne first quests.
• The Confused Concussion ability is now slightly more player-friendly.

Events

• The Kirin Tor taproom has been extended by an additional 24 hours.

Objects

• Rethu's Spear can now be transmogrified at any level.

jobs

• Tailoring
  • [After the next realms restart] Players will now relearn silk-woven gloves (Rank 1) using the book that allows them to relearn tailoring.

Quests

• In the marshland quest "The Stolen Barrel", Mountain Hunter Beer can now be looted by multiple players.

Sounds

• Fixed a bug that prevented some addon sounds from playing as intended.

World of Warcraft - Hotfixes January 30th

successes

• In Ulduar, Razor Scale again correctly grants progress towards achievement.
• Success can be achieved in the obsidian sanctum Twilight wizard, Twilight duo and Twilight zone be earned again when their requirements are met.
• Success can be in the dark heart thicket Everything is on firefor which you have to defeat the shadow of Xavius.

Order halls

• Gnome hunters have equipped their non-gnomish friends with KONTAKT lenses so that they no longer see double when they encounter Emmarel Shadowguard in the direct hit hut.

• In the Rankings for Mythic Keystone Dungeons you can now find the best 500 players (previously the best 100 players).

  • The health of the pieces in the chess event has been adjusted so that the event corresponds to the values from before patch 7.3.5.
• The Black Rake
  • Fixed a bug that allowed Dantalionax to cast Stinging Swarm during Dreadlord's Malice.
• Neltharion's lair
  • Fixed a bug where under certain circumstances Ularogg Cliff Shaper could be interrupted while he was casting Mountain Posture.

    • PvP Versatility Template reduced by 15 %.
    • The PvP intelligence template has been reduced by 2 %.
  • Savagery
    • Earthen Grip now has a 15 second cooldown (up from 10 seconds).
    • King of the Jungle now increases movement speed and damage by 3 % (was 4 %).

    • PvP agility template increased by 3 %.
  • Marksmanship
    • The PvP agility template has been reduced by 1.5 %.

    • Renewal healing is now increased by 75 % in PvP (was 100 %).
    • Rapid Heal increases the range of Prayer of Mending by 10 meters (was 20 meters).
    • Ray of Hope now only increases the healing done by the casting priest by 50 % and no longer increases all healing effects received by the target.

Quests

• The Vashj'ir quest “Making an Example” will no longer appear on the map if it is no longer accessible.
• NPCs in Garrison Invasions are now always adjusted for levels 90-100.
• Horde players will have no more trouble switching between Vol'jin's Arsenal and the Arcane Sanctum in Talador.
• The quest "Making the Impossible Possible" in Gloamwood will now appear on the map if it is the next quest in the zone story.
• Fighting Guild: The fight cards are working again as intended
