At the beginning of each year, ancestors from previous generations appear around the world, passing on their knowledge to those who want to listen to them. But this celebration is marred by the eternal torment of one of their allies - omen , a wolf cream blessed by the moon goddess Elune, has risen from the depths of the lake in the moon clearing. Though once one of the noblest and proudest ancestors, Omen was driven insane by the depraved magic of the Burning Legion in the War of the Ancestors. Omen immortality has doomed him to return to Azeroth in his delusional state every new year. This year he's even more powerful and even poses a major challenge for heroes at level 90.
