The 2016 published Attack on Titan \/ AOT Wings of Freedom<\/strong> gets a successor. As publisher Koei announced today with the first trailer, the Omega Force team is already working on the development.<\/p>\n

Attack on Titan 2 - More titans, more 3D action<\/h2>\n

Attack on Titan is based on the world-famous anime \/ manga of the same name by Hajime Isayama. The series is set in a world in which almost all of humanity has been exterminated by huge, mindless titans. The last survivors live in the protection of three gigantic 50m high walls. Leaving the walls is a suicide venture that only the elite soldiers of the reconnaissance force dare to do. The story begins 107 years after the walls were built and is about the teenager Eren J\u00e4ger, his adoptive sister Mikasa Ackermann and her boyfriend Armin. The outermost wall is broken by a new extraordinary titan and the catastrophe takes its course.<\/p>\n

The manga, which has been appearing since 2009, is now at chapter 96 and enjoys unbroken popularity, the second season of the anime was only released a few weeks ago.<\/p>\n

\"Attack<\/p>\n

Attack on Titan 2<\/strong> is like the first part an action game in which you fight the titans with the 3D maneuver equipment. Thanks to the 3D maneuver equipment, you move through the air on steel cables and can meet the titans at eye level. Their only weak point is in their neck, which you have to attack with special hardened blades. Attack on Titan 1 implemented the concept extremely smoothly and offered action like from the manga. Part 2 takes the concept further with improvements and new game mechanics.<\/p>\n
