League of Legends<\/strong> Patch 7.17 brings the new Ornn champion, the new Star Guardian skins and minor balance changes for some champions.<\/p>\n

League of Legends - Ornn the new champion<\/h2>\n

Ornn, the god of the volcanic smiths<\/strong> leaves his forge after centuries and enters the league. Ornn is a top planner who, according to his backstory, handles fire and will heat up his opponents properly. In addition, it offers a completely new ability that is sure to change the dynamics of the top lane. With his ability to shop everywhere or to forge the items, he can stand his man uh God in the lane longer than any other champion.<\/p>\n

Champion changes overview:<\/h2>\n

Urgot:<\/strong> Despite the remake, Urgot was played relatively little to remedy the riot strengthening its W and E.<\/p>\n

W - cleaning:\u00a0<\/strong> Purge now refreshes the duration of W's \u201cTargeted\u201d debuff, preventing Urgot from suddenly switching targets during the \u201cPurge\u201d.<\/p>\n

E - contempt<\/strong> If Urgot uses "Contempt" during "Purge" but does not throw a champion, he now continues to fire "Purge" earlier until the duration has expired (ban reduced to ~ 1.375 seconds \u21d2 1 second).<\/p>\n

R - reign of terror <\/strong>Slowdown duration and reactivation window 3 seconds \u21d2 4 seconds<\/p>\n
