As announced, Blizzard released the new animation short film for Overwatch at gamescom. In addition, Hearthstone produced a short film entitled \u201cWe are Hearthstone\u201d.<\/p>\n

Overwatch "Winter Awakening"<\/h2>\n

The Overwatch movie is all about Mei, the scientist who has dedicated herself to the struggle to save the environment. Stationed in a remote outpost to research the changing climate. In the event of a devastating polar storm, the crew of the research station had to retreat to cryogenics chambers and did not wake up until years later. Mei, as the only survivor, now has to find a way to bring the important data to Overwatch.<\/p>\n

The film shows very nicely the origins of our heroine and how she builds her endothermic radiator to survive in the icy wasteland. Standing by her side is Fl\u00f6ckchen the little flying robot.<\/p>\n
