The last day of the 1st preliminary round of League of Legends World Championship<\/strong> promised to be exciting again.<\/p>\n

Results from group C:<\/h2>\n

The day began under a bad star for Kaos Latin Gamers<\/strong>, they lost the first game against Young generation<\/strong> and the second against Fnatic<\/strong> and finished the group last with a win \/ lose ratio of 1 to 4.<\/p>\n

Fnatic suffered their first defeat of the tournament against Young Generation today, but were still able to finish the group 3-1 as winners.<\/p>\n

Team Young Generation came second in the group (2: 2).<\/p>\n

Results from group D:<\/h2>\n

Group D was not so clearly decided. Hong Kong Attitude<\/strong> and 1907 Fenerbah\u00e7e<\/strong> defeated both in their games Team Rampage<\/strong> and shared first place in the group with 3: 1. So a tie breaker was necessary.<\/p>\n

In this last game of the day it was between Team Hong Kong Attitude and 1907 Fenerbah\u00e7e Esports to decide in Group D. The winner could hope for an easier draw as group winners, while the group runner-up has to compete against one of the group winners. Underneath Cloud 9, Team WE and Fnatic<\/strong>, all teams that should be avoided as much as possible when the best of 5 round is about reaching the main round of the world championship.<\/p>\n

Both teams gave nothing to each other and the decision was made, as is so often the case in a Baron fight, the Fenerbah\u00e7e<\/strong> with a triple kill from Tristana for. After that, they were able to take the Nexus unhindered.<\/p>\n

League of Legends - World Championship 2nd preliminary round<\/h2>\n

The draw for the 2nd preliminary round, in which a group leader will compete against a group runner-up, followed directly at the end of the day. The 2nd round will be held as the Best of 5 and will take place on Thursday, September 28th. and Friday, September 29th instead of. The winners qualify for the main round of the world championship.<\/p>\n
