Patch 1.7.1 now brings a lot of bug fixes and tools, like a report button for cheaters. The<strong> Horde challenge<\/strong> Mode is also updated.<\/p>\n<p>The FreeToPlay <strong>Battle Royale<\/strong> Fortnite mode naturally also attracts a lot of hackers &amp; cheaters, which the developers want to put a stop to as resolutely as possible. So there is next to the <a href=\"https:\/\/spielepost.de\/en\/fortnite-developers-ban-thousands-of-cheaters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">planned measures that we have already reported on<\/a>, now also the new message button in the game. It indicates that the server is waiting for players to connect and that the battle bus will start once the lobby is full.<\/li>\n<li>We fixed the hang glider which was occasionally not placed at the correct height.<\/li>\n<li>We fixed an issue that could cause supply shipments to get stuck in the air if player-built buildings underneath were destroyed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>weapons<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Changes from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicgames.com\/fortnite\/forums\/news\/announcements\/77314-battle-royale-update-oct-6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Live update<\/a> on October 6th:\n<ul>\n<li>Semi-Auto Sniper Rifle damage increased by 50 %.\n<ul>\n<li>This weapon was often omitted due to its minor damage. This increase will bring them closer to their originally intended effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Assault rifle damage with telescopic sight reduced by 33 %.\n<ul>\n<li>This weapon was too effective in its previous role and had to be weakened a little.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Grenade, grenade launcher and rocket launcher environment damage reduced to 375 (up from 450).\n<ul>\n<li>Metal fortresses now require two explosions (instead of one).
