As soon as a gem is socketed into the ring and reaches its maximum level, the ring consumes the stone and the effect. It does not matter whether it is an Empower Gem that only has 3 levels, when reaching level 3 it is consumed. It is also possible to insert a level 19 gem that only needs 1 experience point in the ring and complete the level. The only thing that is difficult to digest is corrupt, i.e. corrupted gemstones that have reached a level above 20.<\/p>\n
