League of Legends<\/strong> Developer Riot got for their champion Varus<\/strong> the backstory updates and celebrates this with an awesome music video. In the past, fans were allowed to get over "Get Jinxed"<\/strong> and "The Curse of the Sad Mummy"<\/strong> happy that Jinx or Amumu were the main characters. In addition there was the "Warriors" song from the 2014 World Cup Imagine Dragons<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This time it was the turn Varus<\/strong>, the archer who usually spreads fear and terror in the botlane as a shooter, but has also been seen in the midlane.<\/p>\n

For some time now, Riot has been revising the background stories of the champions and adapting them to modern times. So the history of the league has changed a bit and that has to be paid tribute to in the champion stories as well.<\/p>\n

Here is a little glimpse into the story behind the tragic figure:<\/p>\n

\u201cVarus was a deadly enforcer, a descendant of the ancient people of the dark. He desired to drive his enemies insane with his arrows and then to execute them. He was of incomparable beauty and remained in captivity from the end of the Dark War, from which he was able to escape centuries by afflicting the prepared bodies of two Ionian hunters. These two men freed Varus in their ignorance and now carry the bow that houses his being. Varus is now chasing those who locked him up to quench his brutal thirst for revenge. However, the souls connected to him inside him fight against every step of his plan. "<\/em><\/p>\n
