The new Fortnite Patch V2.2.0 brings the long-awaited revision of the Battle Royale map, including a new city, mine and even a soccer field.<\/p>\n

Fortnite - the new map<\/h2>\n

After the winter break, on January 18th the first big update this year for Fortnite, with that the running winter event ends. Probably the biggest change is the revised one Battle Royale<\/strong> Map:<\/p>\n

Explore a new city, an underground mine, and some other brand new locations dotted all over the western side of the map. With this update, biomes are also celebrating their premiere, which will enrich the environment and give each area an individual coat of paint. Where will you land?<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em>The "old" map offers a lot of new focal points and offers a fresh feel to the game.<\/p>\n

The weapons were also tweaked. When the winter event ends, the Snowball thrower<\/strong> replaced by the standard grenade launcher. The Assault rifle with telescopic sight<\/strong> can no longer be found in supply shipments. The rifle scope was also improved with a modern design.<\/p>\n

Another change that deserves special attention is the deactivation of Friendly fire<\/strong>. This change is only a test for the time being and will be reversed if necessary, depending on how the experience with it turns out.<\/p>\n
