Yakuza 6 - Sega announces remaster versions of Part 3-4-5 for PS4

The Yakuza games series, which is incredibly successful in Japan, is finding its way more and more to the West. After this Yakuza 6: The Song of Life Although it was a great game, there were many question marks about the history for newcomers. Sega is now remedying this and has announced the release of parts 3, 4 and 5 for the PlayStation 4.

All 3 games will appear in a remastered version. So we can hope for small improvements, bug fixes and maybe even improved graphics that also look good on modern 4K displays.
Yakuza 3 will be released on August 9 released in Japan this year. Part 4 is planned for autumn 2018 and part 5 for spring 2019. After that, all fans would have almost the entire series on the modern console.

Prehistory to Yakuza 6

The Yakuza series is about the life of the Kazuma Kiryu, of course a member of the Yakuza who has just come out of prison and is directly involved in the illegal activities again. In the other parts of the series, fans could then experience Kazuma's rise to head of a Yakuza clan, his exit and the events that led to his re-entry.
The current 6th part begins with Kazumu recovering from his predecessor's injuries and even going to prison voluntarily. After serving his sentence, he hoped for a peaceful life with his children. However, the disappearance of his daughter creates new difficulties.
