Adem\u00e1s, la regi\u00f3n mejor situada de BR, CIS, JPN, LAN, LAS, OCE, SEA, TUR y VN enviar\u00e1n a su representante a la fase de grupos. Si 2 de las regiones del grupo anterior terminan entre los 4 mejores equipos de MSI, ambos ser\u00e1n enviados a la fase de grupos.
