The final release date of the Darkest Dungeon expansion Crimson Court was announced today by developer Red Hook Studios for June 19, 2017.
Darkest Dungeon is a dungeon crawler game that was released in January 2016 for Windows and OS X. Versions for Playstation 4, Playstation Vita and Linux followed a few months later.

Darkest Dungeon, the prehistory
In Darkest Dungeon, the player inherits a medieval estate from a relative. The relatives' excavations and research in the local tombs and dungeons led to the discovery of portals into a foreign dimension. Through this, terrible monsters came and threatened our world. Instead of taking on his responsibility, our relative took his own life and the property, and the monster hordes become our problem.
To solve this, the player recruits adventurers from the village and goes to the dungeons. Your troops must face their fears and survive these expeditions. If one of your companions dies this is final and you have to look for, level up and equip a new hero. This game principle provides the uncanny long-term motivation that fans of the game describe.
