In patch 7.1.1, League of Legends developer Riot is primarily responsible for Rek'Sai, Kindred and Malzahar. In addition, some tanks will be adjusted that have had problems since the changes to the Sunfire Cape in the last patch.
The announced change in the Pick & Bann phases to the new 10 ban system is also included in 7.1.1.
League of Legends Patch 7.1.1
Here are the highlights of the patch:
Rek'Sai
Conceptually, Rek'Sai should be feared more as a lone fighter than the ambushed hunter. Instead, Rek'Sai evolved into the front line fighter and tank for the entire team.
With the new changes, Rek'Sais should have easier access to the back rows of the opposing team. The damage she deals is increased slightly, and in return, her tanking skills are decreased.
Basic values: Increased life points reduced from 90 to 85.
Passive:
- 25 more anger regeneration on all abilities when Rek'sai is not buried.
- Health regeneration while burrowing is reduced to 20-190 over 3 seconds. Before 2-450 over 5 seconds.
Q: Base damage decreased, the bonus attack damage doubled to 0.4.
Q and E take more damage when buried
The biggest change will be experienced Ultimate:
Rek'sai marks all champions she deals damage as loot for 5 seconds.
Void Rush - D: Rek'sai targets an opponent marked as prey and digs himself in to storm the enemy underground and jump on their target. The damage done scales with the missing life of the target.
Kindred
Designed as a shooter for the jungle, Kindred combines 2 opposing principles. Jungler = strong at the beginning, Sagittarius, thanks to better scaling, better in the endgame. The revision should emphasize the protection aspect more.
Her Passive Mark of the Hunter increases her attack range by 75 every 4 increases. After that, it increases by 25 for every 4 increases.
The number of times also increases your skills from now on. Q more attack speed. W more damage, E more damage.
Malzahar
Malzahar in the botlane as support is a thorn in the side of both riot and players, but any change would affect his suitability as a mid champion.
As a remedy, his pets, i.e. his W: Void Swarm, are changed. He no longer receives automatic charges, only for the use of his other abilities.
To compensate, his Ultimate now deals more direct damage, scaling with the maximum health of his target.
The remaining changes stand out among other things Caitlyn her attack speed is reduced again and the bolts of Runaan's cyclone no longer count for her passive headshot.
The new ban system we reported on, will initially only be activated in North America, as soon as it works correctly it will be activated for the rest of the regions.
