At Conan Exiles one normally thinks first of barbarians in loincloths who wander through the desert and drag huge swords. That changes now with the expansion "The Frozen North". In the first free expansion for Conan Exiles, the developers at Funcom bring the northern lands covered with snow and ice. The game world expands immensely, 70% should make the continent bigger.

Conan Exiles - The right clothing for every occasion

According to the changed temperatures, one of the new features is the revised temperature system. If you should wear loose, airy clothing in the desert so as not to overheat, you will of course need completely different clothing in a snow storm. Campfires, torches, drinks help you control your temperature and keep your avatar alive.

Of course there are new raw materials in the new lands. These are also urgently needed in order to be able to erect the additionally built-in houses and buildings. There are also suitable, manufacturable furnishings and decorations.

You will also meet new factions in the north. The frost giants with the secret Temple of Frost stand out in particular. Another big dungeon is "The Black Keep", in the depths of which you can find the boss Tire the Bringer of Death meet.

But there are also normal tribes, for example the Nordheimers, who drink all night and fight all day.

On the occasion of the expansion, the developers have revised and improved the combat system, built in better artificial intelligence for human opponents and further upgrades. Among other things, new options for character creation.
