Patch 7.07 was just a huge update for DOTA 2 released with 2 new heroes. Under the title "Dueling Fates", the update brings the Pangolier and Dark Willow.
In addition, the rating system for ranked and non-ranked games was revised to ensure a more precise MMR (Match Making Rating).
DOTA 2 - Pangolier

This is how the developers classify the first new champion Pangolier. Eager to rush into battle, the pangolier lives from interrupting the movements of his opponents and throwing himself into chaos.
Dark Willow

At first glance a cuddly elf, you can quickly see that most elves are villains. So does Dark Willow, which creates thorn labyrinths while wrapping itself in invisibility and using the surprise effect for extra damage. Together with her companion Jex, the Wisp, she is an unstoppable team.
Ranking changes
With the ranking system there are now medals to be earned every season, depending on the rank. There will be 7 madaillas, each with 5 stars which still symbolize lower ranks.
A whole range of other improvements have been made to the guide system, for example, to provide more information and help for every champion and their skills.
The patch also brings:
- A newly revised one Acient Apparition Model.
- The improved ping wheel to convey the most important information to your teammates.
- The Ability Draft gets a new interface.
- New Game Mode: Turbo Mode has been added.
Plus a lot of game balance changes and bug fixes.
