As announced yesterday they are working Path of Exile Developers working flat out on the next patch and hope Update 3.2.1B to be published today or tomorrow. However, the patch notes are already there and tell us the details of what has actually been changed.

Rare (yellow) beasts will now meet you more often in the Path of Exile Bestiary League and also bring you more prey, for this they have also increased their life points in compensation. Which is an advantage in this case, because you still have enough time to cast a net to catch before the poor beast is dismantled by too much damage.

As retaining 3 new recipes the blood age and the components for making armor with 6 linked versions have been corrected. The interface for the beasts of the blood age also got new sorting and filter functions. This way you can see for which other recipes the selected beast is still needed.

Path of Exile 3.2.1B

Yesterday we gave you an overview of what we are currently working on and that with Patch 3.2.1b further improvements will be made to the Bestiary League. We assume that we will either apply this patch later today (New Zealand time) or tomorrow. In the meantime, check out the patch notes right now.

  • Rare Bestiary Beasts now spawn more often, have more health, and drop more items with increased rarity.
  • Three new beast crafting recipes have been added. These make unique talismans, spheres of the horizons and spheres of the harbinger.
  • Corrected some components for the beast-making recipe 'Make Armor with 6 Connected Sockets'.
  • It is now possible to select beasts from the list of captured beasts to apply a Bestiary Sphere to.
  • It is now possible to filter beasts by name, level, family, group and genus in the recipes in the bestiary and on the blood altar.
  • Hovering over a beast in the bestiary book or on the surface of the blood altar will bring up a list of recipes for which that beast is needed.
  • Beasts with the Bloodline Modifiers 'Heralds of the Obelisk' or 'Servants of the Guardian' can no longer be captured to avoid undesirable behavior.
  • If the option 'Clickable corpses' is set to 'Always active' and a necromantic network is selected, the corpse of a beast is always highlighted when the mouse pointer is held over it.
  • Fixed a bug introduced in 3.2.0 that set the level requirement of the unique item 'The Slayer of the Night' to level 40 instead of 25.
  • Fixed a bug where the Vaal Clarity skill was removing the reservation cost of auras.
  • Fixed a bug where Fenumus, First of the Night could no longer be targeted after she retreated into her cave.
  • Fixed a bug where Tinker Crackers could get stuck in the ground if you tried to catch it while digging.
  • Fixed a bug where the Bestiary interface displayed “Loading ...” instead of a blank page. This occurred as soon as there was a change of area and there were no captured beasts.
  • Fixed a bug where safes that were modified by using currency would be considered modifiers that they no longer had. This occurred in combination with active 'Modifier Descriptions'.
  • Fixed a bug where the lightning bolt in Haku's mission, which took place in the Cursed Mansion area, was darker than intended.
  • Fixed a bug where '??????' depicted on a plaque in the menagerie for 'Giant Arachnids'.
