GTA: Too much money - players demand expensive luxury villas

More than seven years have passed since the release of Grand Theft Auto V, but the game is still very successful. It is the best-selling video game of all time and still has a relatively large player base thanks to a series of constant updates. Although most players are fed up with the game's single-player mode, GTA Online is still teeming with life.

It took quite a while for things to really get going, since the initial implementation of GTA Online left a lot to be desired. However, over time the game has evolved into something completely new, with more features and purchasable items than anyone could have ever imagined.

Office and garage in Lombank West (3.100.000 $)

Owning an executive office is essential for those who work as a CEO. It is the place where cash accumulates and can also be expanded to offer additional services. The Lombank West Office & Garage in Del Perro is one of the most expensive, but quite well located compared to some of the other options.

It is possible to buy up to three side-by-side garages, each of which can hold 20 vehicles. Players also have access to cargo and vehicle missions here, and can even sleep there after purchasing the appropriate upgrade. However, since you can only own one office at a time, many players will probably opt for a cheaper one or the best one available.

When it comes to finding better value, the Maze Bank West Office and Garage is an incredibly enticing budget option. It's also located in the Del Perro neighborhood of North Los Santos and offers the same amenities as Lombank West, including a rooftop helipad. Best of all, though, it's priced at just $1 million.

Fort Zancudo Hangar A2 ($3,250,000)

Fort Zancudo Hangar A2 is the most expensive hangar in the game - and for good reason. Purchasing the hangar allows players to freely enter or fly over Fort Zancudo without having to pay a wanted level, which is worth the price of admission alone. As an added bonus, this clearance also applies to other members of organizations and motorcycle clubs.

There are cheaper hangars on the base that offer the same low clearance. So if you want to save a bit of money, you should look at Hangar 3497 instead. In any case, a hangar on the Fort Zancudo base is worth its weight in gold and is a solid investment.

Cypress warehouses ($3.265.000)

As useful as it is to be able to store up to 111 boxes, Cypress warehouses are in a somewhat tricky location, both geographically and price-wise. With a price tag of more than $3 million, it's an investment only those with a lot of money to spend should make.

Wholesale furniture is much easier to achieve, not to mention that it is more than a million dollars cheaper. Both offer the same storage capacity and benefits, so there's really no reason to buy Cypress unless the player hasn't reached the five warehouse limit yet. Even then, there are better options when it comes to large warehouses.

Darnel Bros Warehouse ($3.500.000)

The Darnel Bros Warehouse is the most expensive large warehouse in the game and definitely the most conveniently located. It originally belonged to Lester, one of the best characters in GTA V and the mastermind behind the many heists in the game. Whether this makes the investment worthwhile is questionable, though.

Although it's possible to own up to five warehouses, most players tend to stick with just two to avoid mission cooldowns. Thanks to its prime location, there is certainly an argument for Darnel Bros to be one of them, but its high price makes it more of a luxury than a necessity.

As for Cypress Warehouses, Wholesale Furniture is a more than suitable alternative that costs almost half the price. However, if the La Mesa neighborhood is an obstacle, Logistics Depot is 700,000 $ cheaper, while the mid-sized Railyard Warehouse can be had for just over a million.

Maze Bank Tower Office & Garage ($4,000,000)

The best of the best when it comes to real estate investing, Maze Bank Tower Office & Garage costs players a cool four million dollars. If all three garages are purchased, the price rises to $6.75 million. While it certainly has its uses, it's a luxury property and more of a status symbol than anything else.

Located in the Pillbox Hill neighborhood of downtown Los Santos, it is right in the middle of the action. Thanks to the building's size, it can be seen from far away, and there's a helipad on the roof for easy access. It's undoubtedly the best executive office in the game, but one that few players can comfortably afford.gta
