The League of Legends The preseason has been running for a few weeks now and Riot is now making a number of balance adjustments. The main focus is on the champions who, together with the new runes, became significantly too strong. Changes have also been made to some of the runes themselves to bring them up to par with their counterparts.
League of Legends - German Patch Notes 7.24
Here is a brief overview:
Bard: More health regeneration and base damage for the meeps
Camille: Shield duration increased from 1.5s to 2s
Q: More time for reactivation 3.5s instead of 3s
Darius: Increased bleeding to compensate for the loss of the ancient runes.
Ezreal: comes off amazingly well for how overpowered he is at the moment, his Q Mystic Shot is reduced from 1.25 total attack damage to 1.1.
Galio: His passive has been reduced from 0.7 ability power to 0.5. For this, his W-shield was reinforced by Durand. He also gets a shorter cooldown on his E-Resounding Justice.
Jarvan IV. : With the new electrifying rune it has become a little too strong.
Passive: Instead of 10% of current life, only 8%.
Q: Damage reduced from 80/125/170/215/260 to 80/120/160/200/240.
Karthus: His Ultimate now does a little more damage, instead of 0.6 ability strength 0.75.
Leona: Your W-Eclipse is reduced in the base damage: 60/100/140/180/220 -> 40/80/120/160/200.
Malzahar: The ultimate of the "1-key wonder" has been reduced in the base damage and the scaling. From 125/225/325 (+1.1 skill level) to 125/200/275 (+0.8 skill level).
Maokai: Base damage of his Q reduced.
Ornn: Escape the big nerfs too. Only its W damage is reduced slightly and the cooldown is increased by 1 second. Since the sunfire cape has been reinforced in this patch, Ornn will still be found in the toplane very, very often.
Riven: Gets their Q damage increased to make up for the loss of the ancient runes like fervor of battle.
Shen: Too strong in lane, its Q damage is reduced.
Sona: Also reduced the Q damage, as it was still too strong in the laning phase.
Xin Zhao: Loses 30 basic lives and its W-Wind to lightning now scales a little less with total attack damage 0.75 instead of 0.85.
Zoe: The spells picked up by her W no longer last as long, the range of her E ability is reduced, the slowness is weakened, but the duration is increased.
Items:
For the objects, the Thorn vest slightly weakened and instead of 15 damage now throws back 3 + 10% of the additional armor. So scales better on tanks in the late game.
Sunfire Cape:
May become a standard item for tanks again. Aura damage increased from 11 +1 per level to 25+ 1 per level.
Reduced additional damage done to minions from 200% to 50%. This means that the damage against champions is already significantly stronger in the forge fire cloak.
