The Fall of Oriath is really turning the Path of Exile world upside down, 6 new acts have been added to the previous 4 acts. Instead of 3 levels of difficulty as before, where you played through the existing files again, as is typical for the genre, there is now only one level of difficulty. Thanks to the total of 10 acts, there is enough content and stories to get to the end game in just one run.
