Registration for the World of Tanks European Championship 2017 has begun. This is not an event for professional players, but any non-professional World of Tanks player can register for it and earn prizes.
The tournament is played in 3 versus 3 mode at Tier VIII in 2 variants: encounter and attack / defense.
In the first round you compete against teams from your country and fight for the national championship title. If you assert yourself here, don't just wave Wargaming League hoodie from the store, you also travel to gamescom 2017. There you compete against the other national champions in the final round and the winner will be crowned European champion 2017 in front of a live audience. Finland beat Serbia in 2016, so do your best to bring us the title.
World of Tanks - European Championship - tournament structure:
The World of Tanks European Championship consists of 4 phases:
1st national qualifying round
2. European Championship - online group stage
3. European Championship - online finals
4. European Championship - offline finals at gamescom
Prizes for the national qualifying rounds (round-robin tournament with groups of 4 + elimination phase):
• 1st place: 3,000 gold + voucher for a Wargaming League hoodie (free shipping).
• 2nd place: 1,500 gold
• 3rd-4th Place: 750 gold
• 5-8 Place: 500 gold
• 9-16 Place: 250 gold
Rewards for the online finals of the European phase (16 teams, knockout system):
• 1-3. Place: qualification for gamescom
• 4-8 3rd place: 3 months of premium playing time
Offline finals at gamescom:
• 1st place: 1 year of Premium Playtime + Type 59 + Alienware 15 laptop (i7 6700, 8 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, FHD 60 Hz screen, 256 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD SATA).
• 2nd place: 1 year of Premium Account + other Tier VIII vehicle of your choice currently available in the store + World of Tanks gaming chair.
• 3rd – 4th 1st place: 6 months of Premium Game Time + other Tier VIII vehicle of your choice currently available in the store + headphones.
