Details about the end of the season
For any newcomers who are experiencing their first season transition, a few small tips:
At the end of the season, seasonal characters will be transferred to their standard league, Hardcore characters -> Standard Hardcore, Normal-> Normal. Nothing is lost, your hard-earned items are retained and all the contents of your box can be found in your mailbox. Gold and recipes are carried over.
Splinters of blood are also taken over, due to the limitation on how many blood splinters you can have, but it may be that you are over this limit after the end of the season. In this case you have to spend splinters at Kadala before you can collect new blood splinters again.
Paragon points: Here, the seasonal and non-seasonal Paragon points are not added, instead the total amount of Paragon experience is transferred. Since each additional paragon point always needs a little more experience, 50 + 50 paragon points do not become 100, but 71.
A useful tool at this point is the Paragon Calculator, in which you can easily calculate how many points you can expect after the end of the season.
The Diablo 3 team has also provided a small video in which all questions about the end of the season are answered.
Diablo season 14 start
After the end of season 13 there will be the mentioned 2 week break in which you can clear your mailbox in peace. So far there is no information about a patch or update during this break, so it seems that Blizzard is not making any item or talent changes this time.
Only the armor sets that the individual classes receive for the first stages of the travel season have changed:
- Demon Hunter - Equipment of the Marauder
- Barbarian - The Legacy of Raekor
- Magician - Delseres Opus Magnum
- Witch Doctor - Zunimassa's lair
- Monk - Inna's mantra
- Crusader - Akkhan's armor
- Necromancer - garb of the plague master
Accordingly, it makes sense to start the new season with different skills if you want to get the most out of it. The popular Diablo 3 YouTuber Rhykker has already published some customized guides for the next season.
