Diablo 3 - PTR Update 2.6.1. Massive buffs

Diablo 3

The next Diablo 3 Patch has arrived on the Public Test Realm. Necromancers get some minor skill and quality of life changes. While barbarians and other classes receive a whole host of massive buffs on class-specific items. In general, the drop chance for many legendary and set items has been increased, whether this is just for testing on the PTR or going to the live server is unclear.

Diablo 3 PTR Update 2.6.1 Highlights:

Barbarian

The Bloodshed rune from Battle rage has been completely redesigned and now inflicts damage equal to your last critical hit to enemies in a 20 yard radius every second. The old variant led to performance problems in battles with a very high density of monsters.

Set of objects

Immortal King's Call 6 pieces: Bonus damage increased from 400% to 750%

Might of the Earth 6 pieces: Bonus damage for Earthquake, Avalanche, Groundstomp Ancient Spear and Seismic Slam increased from 1200% to 3000%.

Legacy of Raekor:

4th bonus: Furious Charge Bonus damage from 300% to 500%

6: damage bonus from 750% to 1500%

Wrath of the Wastes Bonus of 6: The Whirlwind damage is increased from 800% to 1700%.

Legendary items:

Girdle of Giants - Seismic Slam increases earthquake damage from 80-100% to 200-250%

Standoff- Furious Charge Bonus from 400% to 500%

Crusader:

Blessed Hammer: Limitless rune –Like Bloodshed, Limitless caused lag and FPS problems with very high monsters. The new rune increases the Blessed Hammer damage by 640% and increases the radius by 20yards.

Demon Hunter:

With the demon hunters, the  Impals Builds look forward: Kariel's Point increases Impale damage by 60-80% and returns 15 instead of 10 Hatred if the opponent was already Impaled.

Yang's recurve: Multishot attacks are 50% faster and the damage is increased by 125-150%.

Monk:

Uliana's Stratagem

Bonus of 4: Seven-Sided Strike damage increased to 777%.

Bonus of 6 - Exploding Palm damage of 250% 1800% (!!) elevated.

These are just a few of the buffs that were implemented on the test server. It is still uncertain whether and how they will get onto the live server. Some of the changes are pretty serious and the big goal seems to be to get the rest of the classes up to the necromancer level. In the current 11th season, the necromancer is the undisputed leader in the rankings and the barbarian in particular was clearly behind. That's why Blizzard buffed him not only with direct improvements in his skills, but also with stronger items. With such serious changes, one can assume that this patch will only be applied after the end of the season.

The complete patch notes are far beyond the scope of this article. You can do the detailed List of all changes on the English Diablo 3 homepage find.

Update:

Meanwhile, Blizzard has the patch notes on too German published.
