Who is not enough of Halloween or Fortnite for whom there is good news, with the Fortnite: Nightmares update this week you can combine the two.

In addition, the update brings a new zone: Hexsylvania, new quests, creatures and of course heroes in the right style. With the new weapons, the Halloween theme was of course adhered to and so you can expect one Pumpkin head thrower and the gravedigger.

The previous event die Horde challenge unfortunately has to make room and is deactivated from Thursday 10 a.m. Any remaining currency will be converted into a maximum of 1000 robber tickets.

Already on October 26th it starts with the nightmares.

The event is part of the 1.8 patches for Fortnite that offers even more. This is how the leaderboards come for the leaderboard games, in which you can compete with other players in 3 modes (solo, duo, team).

The leaderboards are reset every week on Wednesday and offer the opportunity to start again, increase your season level and earn rewards.

Here is the explanation of the Seasons from the developers:

Fortnite season level

• Seasons offer every player the opportunity to level up their character and earn unique season rewards and banner designs.
  • In the first season, players have the chance to level up to level 100. The player level is shown on their banner.
  • For levels 2-49, there are banner designs as a reward, giving players an additional opportunity to show their mastery.
  • There are two unique rewards in the first season. They can only be earned through Season Progress. There is currently no other way to get it:
    • Level 10 - Unique seasonal banner
    • Level 25 - Unique seasonal glider
• Players can increase their Season Levels by taking part in daily challenges.
  • There will be a new challenge every day and up to 3 challenges can be active at the same time
  • Completing Daily Challenges will earn the game XP for its Season Level
