Ranked Games Season 3

With the new patch, the 2nd Ranked Season will officially end and the 3rd Season will start.

The league ratings are reset and the 10 placement games must be completed again. After that, the players receive the new starting rank according to their results.

As with every season start, Blizzard relaxes the accuracy of player assignment, so it is a little easier to move up or down with the first few games. This means that the players land more quickly at the level that suits them.

Rotation of the battlefields for Ranked Games

As of the patch, the following cards are in active rotation:

  • Battlefield of Eternity
  • Blackheart Bay
  • Braxis terminus
  • Cursed valley
  • Dragon Gardens
  • Hell shrines
  • Temple of Heaven
  • Burial chamber of the spider queen

Thus, infernal shrines and the burial chamber of the spider queen have been added. While Towers of Doom, Warhead Manufactory, and Garden of Fear were removed.

Hanamura is currently disabled, with the exception of its own games, so that Blizzard can make necessary adjustments and revisions. That's why this time there are only 8 battlefields in the rotation instead of the usual 9.

In addition, improvements to the Ui, minor balance changes to some heroes and a number of bugs have been fixed. The detailed patch notes for the next one Heroes of the Storm Patch can be found on Blizzard's homepage find.
