More than 5 million players have now bought the battle royal shooter PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS. Everyone has heard that number by now, but which type of weapon was used to get the most kills? Or would you add up all the ChickenDinners (chickens) that are available for a win, how many kg would that be?
These and other important questions were answered by colleagues from IGN in collaboration with the developers at Bluehole Inc. You can see the interesting numbers in a small video via Twitter.
PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS - Loads of guns and 10 tons of chickens
For example, there have been around 10,255 tons of chicken so far. That's a lot of poor little chickens. This number pales in comparison to the kilometers run or driven.
The unimaginable number of 2,307,042,079,214 meters was covered in PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS. This corresponds roughly to the distance from Earth to Saturn and back again. It is not for nothing that the Battle Royal games are sometimes jokingly referred to as running simulations.
But there are also more practical facts: If you order the kills by weapon type, the Assault Rifles win with almost 57% before the shotgun with 15%.
