World of Warcraft hotfixes

In the latest round of hotfixes for World of Warcraft the developers have focused on PvP adjustments.

in the PvE Access to the world quests and treasures on Argus has been made easier. This applies to the Antoran wasteland zone, access is available across the account after completing the chapter "The attack begins".

Similarly, the access to the Invasion Points and Large Invasion Points has been changed. This is now also account-wide after completing the chapter "Dark Awakenings.

In PvP, damage to the Druids of the Shredders has been reduced from 50% to 25% when used from stealth. Slash received an equivalent change, the damage bonus from stealth is reduced from 100% to 50% more damage.

Argus

  • Access to world quests and treasures in the Antoran Wastes is now available across accounts once the “The Assault Begins” chapter of the Argus Campaign has been completed.
  • Access to Invasion Points and Major Invasion Points is now available across the entire account once the Dark Awakenings chapter of the Argus Campaign has been completed.

Objects

  • Zenk'aram, Iridi's Anadem now properly increases Shadow damage done while in Void Form.

Netherlight Crucible

  • Sinister Sorrows damage increased by 40 %.

PvP

  • Druid

    • Shred now deals 25 % more damage in PvP when used from stealth (was 50 %).
    • Rake Rake now deals 50 % more damage in PvP when used while stealthy (was 100 %).
    • Savagery
      • Frenzied Tattering now costs 5 combo points.
      • Frenzied Tatter now incapacitates the target for 5 seconds (was 6 seconds).
      • The Frenzied Tatter ability now has a 10 second cooldown (up from 6 seconds).
      • Moonfire version of Moonfire has had its damage reduced by 20 % in PvP.
      • Wild Wound now reduces the target's maximum health by 15 % (up from 25 %).
  • Demon Hunter

    • Incarcerate now lasts 3 seconds when used on players (was 4 seconds).
    • Fixation now increases the cooldown of Incarcerate to 45 seconds (was 30 seconds).
  • monk

    • Mistweaver
      • PvP Versatility Template increased by 5 %.
      • PvP armor template increased by 10 %.
      • Mana regeneration increased by 5 % in PvP.
      • 'Life Cocoon' absorption increased by 10 % in PvP.
  • paladin

    • Holy
      • Retribution Crusade heals for 175 % of damage dealt (was 200 %).
  • shaman

    • Restoration
      • Earth Shield now reduces all damage taken by the target by 10 % (up from 15 %).
  • Sorcerer

    • destruction
      • Chaos Bolt damage reduced by 10 % in PvP.
      • Focused Chaos now increases Chaos Bolt damage by 65 % (up from 75 %).
      • Flint now increases critical strike chance by 65 % (was 75 %).
      • The PvP intelligence template has been increased by 6 %.

World of Warcraft hotfixes from September 22nd

  • Fixed a bug that prevented some Highmountain clan repeatable chests from counting towards the Highmountain Treasures achievement.

Argus

  • Invasion Points
    • The Shadow Bolt spell used by Insane Corruptors now deals significantly less damage.

Classes

  • Sorcerer

    • Angry horses now again leave glowing hoof prints when they fly.

Event

  • Coren Gloom Brew
    • Healing now properly scales with player level.
