The latest update for Final Fantasy XV not only fixes bugs and prepares for the DLC Episode Prompto implemented. In addition, the Regalia is being upgraded to become a monster truck!
In the workshop in Hammerstead you can have your Regalia converted into a Type-D off-road vehicle by Cidney. So you are no longer dependent on roads, but can also drive cross-country with your troops. So the monster and bounty hunt should be much more comfortable.

Final Fantasy XV patch notes
- At Cidney in Hammerhead, the Regalia can now be converted into a “Type D” off-road vehicle.
- The survey on future updates has ended.
- Compatibility with the new downloadable content “Episode Prompto” has been established.
- Music from "Episode Gladiolus" has been added for the music device.
- Various bug fixes
Episode Prompto will be released as the second DLC for Final Fantasy XV on June 27th and will cost 4.99 euros. Season Pass owners will of course receive the package for free. The 3rd DLC, Episode Ignis, will also be part of the Season Pass. Then each of the 3 companions on Prince Noctis Bridal Show had their own adventure. Final Fantasy XV fans are especially excited that it will fill in further gaps in the story.
