Developer comment: Death is here, and it's doing a really good job (maybe a little too good). His win rate has increased much faster (and higher) than expected, which is why most of our changes are now weakening him. Especially the interplay between tormented souls and talents that work together with his quality was incredibly strong. By weakening both, we will hopefully bring this angel back down to earth.
In addition, changes were made to the assassins: Genji, Thrall, Zeratul, Zul'jin. The specialists Medivh and Probius, as well as the supporters Funkelchen, Lúcio, Tassadar and Uther were also changed. Finally, dehaka and D.Va were adjusted for the warriors.
